Conferences focus on professional continuing education related to working more effectively with the 55+ consumer.

Conferences and seminars are coordinated by the Continuing Eduction Institute of Illinois in collaboration with the Department of Family Medicine, University of Illinois, Solution Sight, Inc., Health Professionals Instititute, DACC, and other organizations throughout Illinois.

Geriatric Certificate Programs are six-session programs meeting for a full day once every two weeks. These programs provide up-to-date information about geriatric care and social issues affecting the well-being of older adults and their signifigant others. Recognized experts in geriatrics and gerontology will offer clinical, psychological, theoretical, social, legal and educational perspectives that focus on application.
